Turn up the amps on your vacation at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi. The worse thing, however, was a musty smell in our room - we complained but it was never dealt with.THE PARTY NEVER ENDS AT HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO BILOXI I used the hot tub only because the “heated” pool was (as a fellow guest called it) an ice bath. We informed front desk and they apologized and said they would order them - an hour later still no towels and my spouse had to go to room to get a towel. Weather was far from ideal but we went to the pool one afternoon and while it was open, no pool towels were set out. The hotel staff could not figure out why we had this problem. Finally we had to log in and select the premier internet at $10 per day but did get a credit.

However after that we got message that we had exceeded our device limit even though we had not. A few examples - the first night 5he Wi-Fi in room worked great for the 2 device limit. The hotel is nicely located and the staff was friendly - one front desk person went out of her way to be helpful but follow thru by others was poor. We spent three nights in October and came away disappointed. (There is also a Starbucks located inside.) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and did not see many of items previously listed in these reviews. The Mix and Mingle restaurant was easy to access for breakfast or dinner. The dealers were very friendly and welcoming. The pool outside was cold but the hot tub was warm (and honestly the weather wasn't the best for outdoor swimming.) Now for the casino, the floor size is smaller than Hard Rock Casino down the road but there were still plenty of slot machines, black jack tables, etc. Our interaction with the front desk was positive. The hallways did smell like smoke but casinos are known for that.

The room was clean, the pillows were comfortable and the shower had very good pressure with hot water. We had a room on the sixth floor and the room was perfect for our needs. That being said, I feel as though folks are being too picky about this location.
